About Me

I am a maintenance worker(carpenter) at a mental hospital.Several years ago,as I approached 300 lbs.,I decided 300 was just not a good number.I discovered Dr.Mercola,along with Jordan Rubin,Weston A. Price and a few others and took control of my health.Now at 210 lbs.I feel better than ever.But it's not just weight loss...I radically changed nearly everything about my dietary patterns.My interest in health issuues has become a passion.I try to tell everyone I know to educate themselves about their own health and take control of their health.
