About Me

I grew up eating organic food from my mothers garden, eating health food (When eating health food labeled you as a "health food nut"), and getting outside activity in the sunshine.

For over 20 years I have been doing therapeutic massage in my own business.

Within the last 10 years, or so, I developed issues with my gastrointestinal system which were resolved by not eating gluten or corn.

I am interested in nutrition and healthy unpolluted products.
