About Me

I am a former engineer who changed careers after being helped with chiropractic care and nutrition.  I am a graduate of Palmer College of Chiropratic.  I practice Palmer Package, SOT, CMRT, Cox Flexion/Distraction, Diversified, Thompson, Extremities, and some Activator.  I find that the multiple techniques help and are necessary as not any one technique works on everyone.  I also practice nutrition with a primary emphasis on whole food therapeutic nutrition.
