Hi, yes its the same dose of Ledum Palustre for the small dog as the big one and it should keep the ticks away. Homeopathy is not about quantity its about quality. So Ledum Palustre 30 C should work up to 3-6 months. Maybe even Longer. If your Dogs should contract any diseases u can contact me, the Erlichiosis could have been treated with Homeopathy.
