About Me

I am 23 years old. I graduated last August with a degree in Health Promotion (which involves going into businesses to help employees become healthier). I currently work as a nutritionist and a personal trainer at a doctor's office who runs a weight loss program for preventative health. I love my job but there are a number of things we do there that I do not agree with. But I am satisfied working there for now, preventative health is my passion and at this point in my life, this is the best way I can start helping a lot of people "take control of their health" ;)
