About Me
I am 52 years young. Single with an empty nest. Health concerns are being overweight and high blood pressure. My biggest challenge is exercising regularly. I am a recovering alcoholic and smoker, so I do know life style changes are possible. I am losing my health insurance in the near future and need to optimize my health so I don't have to live in fear. I love learning new things. I am always able to learn something new each day. I try to face my fears and not hide from them, but I am not always successful. I look forward to learning how others have changed their lives for the good of all of us. I do believe that every time one of us changes for the better we all get the benefit of that change.
