About Me

I am retired from the federal government, and am very happy with my retirement.  I try to purchase organic food whenever possible.  I have 2 raised bed gardens in which I grow tomatoes, cukes, collards, green peppers and kale.  I am a vegetarian...for the last 15 years.   I also am not a milk drinker.  After 30+ years of getting stomach discomfort after drinking milk...I finally just said NO.
