I and my wife are keen gardeners and very much into dietary supplements.
My wife takes Vitamin K2 and Calcium supplements along with multivitamin trace elements and Vitamin D for osteoporosis.
I take multivitamins and Vitamin D.
We both are members of the Grassrootshealth.com website for testing our Vitamin D levels and help to promote Vitamin D as a life support programme.
We both use Herbalife products for our health and have been using them for 11 years now. Anne's arthritis is in abeyance since starting these products and my Kidney infections have virtually stopped since starting (I only have one kidney).
