I can buy coconut oil in Griffith but it is a bit expensive in the health food shop that also sells HFCS . Health food is a bit of a meaningless term don't you think? What is the difference between red palm oil and normal palm oil? In Australia KFC is still using palm oil although they were reviewing the situation. If I am anaemic it would not be for lack of iron. I eat plenty of lamb - one of the best sources of haem iron and a good source of copper that is also found in dark chocolate that I eat a fair amount of. Dark chocolate is also a good source of iron. Maybe I need more B12 , so I will include more beef in my diet. How do you suggest I make my diet more balanced? Have you ever come across a vegan on the internet by the name of Astrocat?
