About Me
I am 67 and I practise healthy lifestyle and eat anti-inflamatory foods. I make sure I get lots of Omega 3 oils/fats and I drink a super green drink every day. I avoid most fruits because of the sugar content and I don't believe that one must have fruits every day. Cancer loves sugar. Dr. Mercola says we should avoid whole grains most of the time as this will reaise insulin levels for 20 hours.
