About Me

I am now a health freak because I had a health freak out after getting Lasik. I had to force myself to sleep with burning eyes. I now realize that I can prevent pain by eating right for my nutritional type (just bought the test) so I am starting as of now to do so. I already have the Take Control of your Health book. I take Krill oil daily and Vit D as it is currently wintertime in Canada
