About Me
I am a 54 year old, joyfully married mother of 3, grandmother of 2. One grandson is normal and quite intelligent, the other (his brother) is also intelligent and a non-verbal autistic. My husband and I were told we would never have children. We did not seek intervention. We decided to adopt, but, God had a different plan and we were surprised! three times! Doctors are human.
I am keenly interested in multiple health issues: autism, high blood pressure, clean food at home and for the under-priviliged throughout the world, Parkinson's Disease, menopause and aging well with strength and grace.
We've been to Honduras twice for mission/aid work and expect to go back. We have been invited to accompany a Pastor and his wife as they return to DR Congo to minister to needs in a few places.
Our joy and passion is to share the love of Christ with everyone we meet,and when nescessary, use words.
