About Me
I am a college graduate, married for 43 years, and have 10 grandchildren. I taught school for thee years and have worked in a bank with my husband for the past 40 years. Health and nutrition have been one of my passions for at least 30 years. I believe that God is my ultimate healer, but that he also gives each person insight and wisdom in ways to improve and live healthier lives. I am proactive with my health. I believe that our health is our responsibility. We are foolish if we believe that is only one way to heal a body. I activily seek solutions for myself and others in hopes of improving the quality of life for myself and my friends. I appreciate people like Dr. Mercola who are willing to put there lives on the line in order to continue to live in a nation where we have a choice in how we choose to live our lives. Thank you.
