Celiac Celiac...Can't eat gluten (rye, oats, barley, wheat etc.) and sometimes dairy/sugar....and soy. Celiac comes from low sunlight heritage countries(far from equator) like: Scottish, English, Irish, Canada, European and more or people who didn't eat dairy/gluten in past heritage, but eat it now/bodies can't adapt to it like: Indian, AfroAmerican, Hmong, Chinese, Mexican etc.. people that live close to the equator. Millions of people are Celiac, but may not realize it and blood tests/biposies to diagnose it may not work. Gluten destroys the gut lining and destroys the villi in the small intestines that absorb nutrients...then cells are not made right or work right...then another health issue may kick in. I got MS from being Celiac. A person may not always feel their intestines being hurt. The whole family tree maybe Celiac, but each person may get different health issues from it. I got low thyroid/MS/built up heavy metals due to my liver not working well to detox, due to Celiac. When the body is low in nutrients and cells are not made right/work right a Celiac person may get one or more of the following health issues: failure to thrive, tired, sad, sensitive/cry alot, learning disabilities, Autism, Attention deficient, hyperactive, wet pants, ear infections, food allergies due to leaky gut, stomach hurt, eczema, diarrhea, constipation, gas, bloating, IBS, lactose intolerance, eating disorders, yeast, asthma, overweight (crave dairy/gluten/sugar)....., depression, anxiety, PTSD, panic attacks, suicidal, sleeping problems, obsessions, drug use, cigarette use, alcoholism (crave gluten in the alcohol), addictions, short height, hair loss,.... bipolar, schizophrenia, seizures, gall/kidney stones, endometriosis, PCOS, infertility problems, thyroid problems, Chronic fatigue, psorasis, acid reflex (heart burn), ulcers, premature gray hair, swollen joints, arthritis....Diabetes, Fibromyalgia, Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, Cancer, MS, Crohn's disease, Lupus, Osteoporosis, high blood pressure, hormone problems, dementia, heavy metals, Alzheimers, die young and more... for which Celiac maybe the root cause. Great book- Dangerous Grains by Braly... Shows how Celiac can be the root cause for many illnesses and more (The list of illnesses is not complete...since many things can go wrong in a person's body once their body is low in nutrients.) Treating the symptoms and not the Celiac(root cause), lets the person's health get worse... Their health may decline slowly adding more health issues each year and/or their health may "crash" quickly, with a life threatening health issue. Some people think it is just aging...but it can due to Celiac slowly destroying their intestines, then nutrients aren't absorbed, then cells they aren't made right or work right. Some people who don't get Celiac help may die early deaths or suffer daily from their body slowly being destroyed. Celiac is autoimmune. The immune system maybe destroying the gut lining/thyroid and more. Celiac is not an allergy, but Celiac can cause "leaky gut", which causes allergies. Food leaks into the blood through sores/thin gut lining, then the blood builds up antibodies to the food creating the food allergies. It helps to rotate foods, so allergies aren't as strong. I heal my gut lining by: Not eating gluten/dairy,taking LDN, Slippery elm, Valerian, Glutamine, Vit A, aloe vera, green tea and more. This stops future allergies/Celiac health issues. Gluten may wreck the stomach cell lining that makes HCl and intrinsic factor to carry Vit B12 into the intestines. I needed Vit B12 shots....and HCl(stomach acid)/Now brand Super enzymes when I ate. Acid reflex is due to too low of stomach acid....the person needs more HCl. Lactose intolerance is due to gluten destroying the villi intestinal tips which make the enzyme lactase which digests lactose. When the villi tips are healed,some people may eat dairy again. My dairy problem was greater than Lactose intolerance...it was autoimmune...it destroyed my body/brain. Dairy gave me seizures, depression no medicine could help,demyelinated my brain which made my MS kick in, and caused me irritable bladder problems. I took Osteoprocare instead of dairy. I shake it well and pour about 2 tablespoons into reverse osmosis water that has alittle lemon juice added. Osteoprocare is drink which has Ca orotate, Mg and many cofactors which help it absorb into my body. Other calcium supplements gave me bone spurs...they didn't have enough cofactors for the Ca to absorb and work right in me. Soy is not a good dairy substitute...it can block the thyroid hormone, affect sex hormones, affect a child's/adult's brain/body function. I do not eat: dairy/gluten/sugar/starch/soy/flax/MSG/nutrasweet/alcohol/bad fats (transfat/hydrogenated fat, high saturated fat/high monounsaturated fat)/heated oils/highly allergic food and more. I eat a modified Asian way. Asian people eat meat/veg/rice three meals a day and don't feel sorry for themselves. They don't eat dairy/gluten unless they get school lunches or food pantry food. Cultures who didn't eat dairy/gluten in past history should avoid eating it now. This free food may cause them many health issues/doctor bills. We need to learn to eat their way, not eat the American way, which may destroy their great health now. After a few generations of eating dairy/gluten, people may not survive as well...health issues form/get worse each generation. American health issues are mostly due to Celiac. The world needs to learn to eat the Asian way... their awesome way of eating makes great health...brain/body working well...and low depression. I eat: organic vegetables,organic brown rice (instead of gluten),cage free eggs, raw walnuts(crack open the shell to avoid gluten contamination on conveyor belts),lemon juice in reverse osmosis water and tea. People can buy Celiac recipe books, but I can't eat these recipes yet. It is easier/cheaper for me to cook by scratch and eat the Asian way, than redo recipes. Asian people are very healthy/smart/coordinated. They are a great model for me. Gluten free products are at local stores and health food stores. It needs to say "gluten free" on it. You can't assume corn meal is gluten free unless it says it on the label. Some boxed gluten free food has gluten contamination in it from air, from being made in the same building as gluten food. Gluten free oats may hurt celiac people and hurt me. Premade Celiac food can be expensive and may have fat/sugar/dairy and more that I can't eat. I mostly cook by "scratch"...no premade Celiac food or boxed Celiac food. I want to know it is contamination free and has ingredients I can eat and is cheap. Corn/soy/canola oil/cotton seed oil/buckwheat/salmon etc.. may also be genetically modified which majorly hurts animals in tests. It may hurt people too...make Celiac worse. People can buy or make nongluten noodles, bread, flour. I order a 25 pound bag of organic brown rice from a health food store, which is fresh for 5 months in the freezer. (Too old brown rice is rancid...made me sell.) Raw walnuts (open shells to avoid gluten contamination) can be ordered on the internet...freeze them to keep them fresh..not rancid. Walmart has some gluten free products...like brown rice noodles which I sometimes eat. Dairy/gluten contamination can be: in pans, the factory/restaurant air, toasters, medicines, shampoo, toothpaste, hand lotion, in tuna, makeup, in vitamins, injected into meat, in labels as casein, textured vegetable protein, malt and more), premade food, unshelled nuts (I buy them in the shell to avoid gluten on conveyor belts), cutting boards, grills etc. I avoided all restaurants except for The Tempura House that cooked special for me, called the "Wendy Special":(vegetables/rice/hard boiled egg/tea).They use my pan and are careful for contamination. When brain cells are low in oxygen burning since they aren't made right due to intestines not absorbing nutrients, can cause: depression, anxiety, panic attacks, suicidal thoughts,obsessions, MS,sleep problems and more. People who go to a psychiatrist/psychologists or are alcoholic/codependent, use drugs or are constantly depressed may be Celiac. Celiac can affect personality/mental/emotional health since it affects the brain and body. Bipolar/schizophrenia/ADHD and more maybe Celiac. Many Celebrities have Celiac "crashes" on TV for the world to see, but they may never get root cause Celiac help, so they never get any real help. LDN (low dose Naltrexone)is a medicine from a compounding pharmacy that helps to block Celiac, but not 100%. It is like a miracle, healing the gut lining, helping the intestines to absorb nutrients again and keeps the immune system from going down due to dairy/gluten. 3mg or 4.5 mg of LDN is taken before a person goes to bed. It feels like taking a vitamin, has ~ no sideeffects, is cheap, works fantastic and is amazing. It blocks the opiate receptor sites that dairy/gluten stimulate, that cause the immune system go down. LDN lets the immune system work properly. LDN heals the stomach/intestines, helps stop hair loss, helps the immune system, helps depression, gives energy, helps mood, helps stop cravings, helps personality, helps the liver to remove heavy metals and helps every cell of the body, etc. Wow! It is like a miracle!...but the Celiac diet is still needed since a person may override their LDN medicine with what they eat. Celiac can be diagnosed by symptoms/health issues/family tree health issues/trial of not eating gluten or dairy for a few weeks and then eat the food again and see how it hurts them again. Blood tests and biopsies to diagnose Celiac may not work and doctors may not be trained in Celiac/vitamins/good oils/LDN etc.....but www.enterolab.com is a stool sample and genetic cheek test that helps to diagnose Celiac(within 6 months of not eating gluten. I had 1000X more energy/stopped being dizzy/tired, when I didn't eat gluten for 2 weeks. I ate organic brown rice instead. My knee that was swollen and ready to explode, was ok after 3 days of eating not eating gluten. My MS was due to dairy/gluten and when I stopped eating it...my MS symptoms went away unless I got contamination. My body healed fast when I stopped eating dairy/gluten permanently... I started to absorb more nutrients in my intestines...then I detoxed with Now brand Detox Support etc and EDTA/DMPS IV chelations and rebuilt my cells with vitamins/good oils. Eating 100% this way, can bring health/healing to a Celiac person fast. I wrote a daily journal: listed my food,vitamins, medicine, symptoms, things I learned. This helped me figure out that antibiotics, gluten, dairy, sugar/starch, bad fats, heated oils, coconut oil, flax, olive oil, corn, alcohol, chocolate in fat, cashews, soy, MSG, and nutrasweet, and allergic foods were like poison to me. I no longer craved dairy/gluten and unhealthy food. I chose health over "junk food". Eating healthy reeducated my taste buds. Carrots now tasted sweeter! Healthy food tastes great! I had "well power" not "will power" to eat offending foods. Some Celiac people are full of heavy metals because their liver cells are not made right or work right due to not absorbing nutrients...so their liver does not detox right. Heavy metals can come from pesticides/mercury fillings/water/soil/smoke etc. Heavy metals may block 1000's of chemical reactions in the body, which may affect digestion of certain foods like sugar/corn etc., block thyroid, block certain vitamins from working and cause the body to be in chaos. Heavy metals caused me much suffering/panic attacks...much hell. EDTA/DMPS IV chelations can pull out heavy metals and get the body to working right again. I took the Now brand-Detox Support, milk thistle and alpha lipoic acid to help detox/rebuild my liver. I did EDTA/DMPS IV chelations(from an Alternative/Integrative medicine doctor) to remove heavy metals from my body/brain. Hair tests show if heavy metals/good minerals are high or low. If the hair test is low in good minerals, intestines may not be absorbing nutrients well. If the hair test is high in heavy metals...their liver may not be working well and they need to detox by EDTA/DMPS IV chelations. Summary: To help rebuild the cells of my body/brain so they would work right: I ate no: dairy/gluten/soy/sugar/bad fats(no saturated fat/no hydrogenated fat/transfats...no olive oil or cashew monounsaturated fat, no flax seed oil/soy/heated oils/no MSG or nutrasweet, no highly allergic foods and ate organic. I didn't eat at restaurants, except the one that cooked special for me. I ate organic vegetables, organic brown rice (instead of gluten), eggs, raw walnuts (crack open the shell to avoid gluten contamination on conveyor belts), lemon juice in reverse osmosis water and tea. I cooked by scratch and ate many raw vegetables. I did not buy premade Celiac food in boxes except rice noodles. I took Nature's Plus- Source of Life multiple(low iron) or my longer supplement list which had special vitamins and sometime special vitamins for certain health issues. I took these good oils: 2 fish oil (Omega 3), 2 Evening primrose oil (Omega 6), 2 Lecithin, 1 Krill oil, Phosphatidylserine/DMAE, CLA. (These good oils help cell membranes, thin blood and helped my brain.) I took 3mg of LDN (Low dose Naltrexone) to help block Celiac. It is like a miracle for Celiac people, but the Celiac diet is still needed, since it can't block 100% what a person eats. I took 5000 IU of Vit D3 (like sunlight) daily. A blood test over 2000 IU maybe needed. I took a 5 cc of Methylcobalamin Vit B12 shot every other day. I took Dairy free acidophilus (when stomach acid was low in the morning). I took HCl and Now brand-Super enzymes when I ate. I took Osteoprocare instead of dairy and ate organic brown rice instead of gluten. I did EDTA/DMPS IV chelations which unclogged blood vessels, lowered inflammation and removed heavy metals since my liver was not working well to do this. The IV chelations helped me get back my sugar digestion and other digestion. It helped chemical reactions in my body work right again. Oral EDTA did not help...was water soluble. I also took Cilantro capsules, MSM,glutathion push,Vit C, Now brand- Detox Support. I healed my gut lining with: Valerian, Slippery elm, green tea, VitA, glutamine, onion,aloe vera, LDN and no gluten/dairy and more. To raise oxygen in my brain/body: rhodiola, 5000mcg of biotin, the good oils, Vit B12 shot, coenzyme Q10, fish oil, ginkgo 120mg, Vit E and more.. I took histidine, spirulina, fish oil and more to help my brain heal.(See my longer supplement list) There are informational/recipe books and internet help on Celiac. There is alot more to learn... Contains gluten: wheat, barley, oats, rye, bulgur, durum, Kamut, semolina, spelt, triticale ... You can't just cut down on gluten and sometimes dairy. You need to cut it out 100% to be ok. Soy/sugar/certain fats etc. also hurt me. You are more than what you eat...You are what you absorb! What I took daily for my Celiac/MS: (Refrigerate: oils, glutamine, LDN, dairy free Acidophilus) WHEN I GET UP: Synthroid/Amour thyroid medicine ( I wait 1- 2 hours before I eat food and don’t eat food 2 hours before I take this.) DAIRY FREE only acidophilus (take when stomach acid is low) Bioidentical hormones: A dose ~ .5mgE3/75mgP/2.75 -3mg TE twice a day (12 hours apart). Twice a day hormones gave me more energy to be productive than once a day. (My own hormones have shut down.) Wait one hour so Li doesn’t interact with thyroid medicine: ~10mg of Lithium orotate capsule ( I am low in lithium on the hair test…bipolar) I also tried 300mg (8MEQ)/5 ml (1 tsp) of Lithium citrate 2-3X a day. I seemed happier, but hated the taste of this liquid. Lemon juice after eating walnuts (fat) causes bile to squirt out, which detoxes the liver and causes bowel movements.) Green Tea extract 400mg (gave me energy and heals the gut lining, lose wt. and decreases cancer risk from being Celiac.) Now brand- Eye Support Nature's Way-Hair and Skin Nature's Rich (Master miracles) neutralizer can drink or soak in bath with epsom salts, baking soda. It has Ca, K and Mg in oxygenated water. Tea tree oil or hydrogen peroxide- strong...no over do it, for cuts on skin (no take internally) Foon Goos II and Kantita (Hanna Kroeger herb or Oil of Oregano and then later dairy free acidophilus– to control yeast and reestablish good bacteria in the intestines. Malic acid (Kal):(1/4 tablet) has Mg, Mn, Vit B1, Vit B6 bioperine, rosemary, cayenne, ginger Help me sleep: GABA (500mg) (sometimes), valerian, Osteoprocare, protein (beans/brown rice) helps me sleep... Eggs don't help me sleep. (I can't have whey, soy or 23 amino acid capsules.)... Exercise, EDTA/DMPS IV chelations lower inflammation and gets more oxygen in my brain, which helps me sleep. Late at night far away from my other vitamins I sometimes take....Now brand- Detox Support (detoxes the liver)/reduces inflammation/helps me sleep or I take Cilantro (600mg) removes heavy metals and helps intestines heal...which helps me sleep. Bioidientical hormones and acupuncture help me sleep. Grapefruit seed extract-antioxidant Strong bones: Bioidentical hormones (estriol/progesterone/testosterone), Osteoprocare, Vit C and Si, Glucosamine/Chondroitin (took away bone pain), exercise., right thyroid dose. EDTA/DMPS IV chelations at an Alternative medicine doctor that helps to remove heavy metals/lowers inflammation and swelling and more, eat vegetables, drink reverse osmosis water,... Lemon juice in reverse osmosis water after eating raw walnuts (crack open shell to avoid gluten contamination) which squirts out bile and causes bowel movements that help detox. This is the detox I did when I was first poisoned by colloidal silver and didn’t have EDTA/DMPS yet for 2 months. Vit C, MSM, chorella, rumex (clover)/chondrus (brown seaweed). I had to do this every 4 hours around the clock…it helped, but the colloidal silver kept going deeper into my body and kept hurting me more until the EDTA/DMPS got the colloidal silver/other heavy metals out of me fast. Within 3 DMPS/EDTA IV chelations my 24hour a day panic attacks stopped. Lower copper: AMM Tetrathiomolybdate 20mg oil capules (from compounding pharmacy to lower copper) or molybdenum picolinate. Colds/flu: I didn't get colds/flu for 20 year due to taking 2000mg of fish oil daily....also Vit C, zinc, garlic, raw onion, oil of oregano and later dairy free acidophilus, protein, Vit D3, Vit A, beta carotene, gargle salt water, netti pot....may help. Not eating dairy/gluten/sugar/starch/soy...may help, since these foods can make the immune system go down. Helped my Constipation: Not eating certain foods like corn/popcorn/beans...a food journal helps to show offending foods. Exercise, Osteoprocare, aloe vera, tea, raw vegetables, pumpkin, dairy free acidophilus, no dairy/gluten, raw walnuts (crack open shell) and then drink lemon juice in reverse osmosis water (lemon makes bile squirt out..which detoxes the liver and then cause intestines to contract to push bowel movement out.), drink enough good water, enough Amour thyroid medicine. Swelling of joints/arthritis: No: sugar/starch/dairy/gluten/soy. correct dose of bioidentical hormones...not too much estriol, Glucosamine/Chondroitin, Vit C and Si, Cat's claw, Spiro, fish oil. Acne: dairy free acidophilus, eat no dairy/gluten/soy/sugar, no bad fats (regular gluten pizza/soda...not good!), tea tree oil/alcohol on acne if I squeezed acne...take good oil capsules in above list...fish oil etc., (bumps on backs of upper arms are due to low essential fatty acids...fish oil etc. good oils listed may help), need bioidentical hormones more balanced...too much TE causes a yellow fat in pores/acne.... drink more reverse osmosis water....and other things to detox. Bad dreams: B vitamins help turn bad dreams into good dreams. They are water soluble...so taken around supper time/not bed time may help keep them in the body. Tea drains B vitamins out of me and causes bad dreams and hang nails. Hair loss: No gluten, take LDN, bioidentical homones in right ratios, correct thyroid dose. Biotin and Si may make hair stronger....other Celiac help. My hair/nails were stronger by : Biotin 5000mcg, Proline, Osteoprocare, eat enough protein and other Celiac help. Pioneer brand-Celiac Support Comprehensive Clear Meal (rice protein drink) (Laboratory Certified…gluten free) Depression: No sea salt...it pushes Li out of my body, fish oil 2000mg daily, phosphatidylserine/DMAE, exercise, B vitamins and zinc for stress, raise oxygen in the brain, rebuild cells with vitamins/good oils, not eating gluten, dairy, soy, sugar....3 days with sugar, my brain swells and I cry. No bad fats and more. If I am too high in estriol or testosterone, I am sad. I need the right ratio of estriol/progesterone/testosterone. Thyroid dose that is too low, lowers oxygen in my brain...then I am sad. Exercise, Vit D3 5000IU daily or I cry for no reason. When I first starting taking Vit D3 I laughed for a week. Think positive/pray without doubting. I need all of my vitamins/good oils or my cells are low in oxygen which can cause anxiety/panic/depression/obsessing/no sleep/suicidal thoughts.

How I Suppress my MS My MS is due to low oxygen in my body and brain....Low oxygen can cause stress/crying, depression, anxiety, panic, suicidal thoughts, fear, obsessing, no sleep and MS in me. My MS is a mitochondrial disease (inherit mitochondria from the mom). Celiac which wrecks the intestines villi, so they don't absorb nutrients well...then cells are not made right or work right. When the cells are not made right they don't burn oxygen right...so cells are low in oxygen... they die... then white blood cells go through the blood brain barrier to eat up the myelin debris. (Celiac people may have weak gut linings and blood brain barriers due to gluten/dairy.When I was low in Vit A, my gut/brain barrier was wide open.) What I needed for my MS to be symptom free (Alternative/Integrative medicine doctor): 1. No stents/angioplasty, coumadin, statin drugs, MS drugs etc.. from Conventional medicine...instead, I did EDTA/DMPS IV chelations from Alternative medicine doctors, which unclogged ALL my blood vessels...even the ones in my eyes/toes/fingers/body and brain... and removed heavy metals and inflammation/swelling...unblocked my thyroid hormone and other chemical reactions.... This raised the oxygen in my brain/body. 2. No MS drugs: they may slowly let a MS person get worse, and don't help Celiac, the root cause of my MS. I took LDN (low dose naltrexone) which helps to block Celiac, but not 100%. ...so the Celiac diet is still needed. LDN helps 99% of MS people. 3. No eat: No dairy/gluten/soy/sugar or hidden contamination of these in food: No Dairy (all types...milk, butter, whipped cream ....and especially ice cream)....it has fat/sugar which cross the blood brain barrier fast and carrageenan which is an excitotoxin.) destroyed my brain and gave me depression no medicine could help and demyelinated me and made my MS kick in fast. No Gluten wrecks intestinal villi so they don't absorb nutrients....then cells are not made right or work right. For example then my liver did not work right to detox heavy metals and other parts of the body malfunction. I eat organic brown rice or quinoa instead of gluten. Refrigerate/freeze these so they are not rancid which can hurt and swell me. Brown rice may only be fresh for 5 months. No Soy blocks thyroid with it's estrogen, which lowers oxygen and the immune system. No Sugar/starch. After 3 days of sugar/starch in fruit/corn etc.....my body/brain swells/has inflammation ...then I cry and am so stiff I can't get out of a chair. Rice is ok. No bad fats: No transfat/ hydrogenated fat....margarine etc. No high saturated fat ( meat/fish, coconut oil, gravy hurt me) No high monounsaturated fat (olive oil, cashews). I could eat raw walnuts with polyunsaturated fat which really helped my health. These nuts are harvested in Sept and are sold in Nov....keep refrigerated or frozen. They need to be raw and in shells that are not open. Open shells let in oxygen and may cause them to be rancid. Nuts sold without shells may have gluten contamination from conveyor belts. No heated oils or roasted nuts or rancid nuts. (They cause free radicals.) (I ate hard boiled eggs and blanched vegetables.) No flax oil (80% of American can't convert flax oil into the form the body can use.) No MSG (excitotoxin- hurts the blood brain barrier as excited cells die) No nutrasweet (hurts liver and poison) Stevia maybe ok...but I don't use it. I just want to lose my sweet tooth and not eat deserts so I am not tempted by other unsafe food. No alcohol (hurts liver). No chocolate (if it has fat/milk). MS people may crave chocolate due to it Mg. I take Mg citrate daily. No highly allergic foods (felt like flu/sweat/problems breathing). Celiac can cause leaky gut (thin gut wall/sores) where food leaks into the blood...then allergies form. The gut lining needs to be healed by not eating gluten. Rotate allergic foods eaten so you don't eat them too many days in a row which would build up a stronger allergic reaction or don't eat allergic foods. No premade Celiac food from a box which usually had many ingredients I could not eat. No restaurants (except a Chinese restaurant that cooked special for me using my pan: blanched vegetables, rice, hardboiled egg and strong tea. Some other restaurants try to cook for Celiac people, but have dairy/gluten contamination in pans/air etc.. No smoking or second hand smoke which increase heavy metals that block chemical reactions in the body and cause low oxygen in cells. No or low stress: Stress uses up more B vitamins and zinc which are very important for the body to work right. I took extra of B vitamins/zinc if I was under high stress. B vitamins are water soluble and can be drained out of the body due to drinking a lot of tea/water. No antibiotics: Antibiotics wipe out good bacteria in the large intestines which make B vitamins and Vit K. I used garlic/raw onion/ time releaseVit C/mushrooms/fish oil/oil of oregano...then dairy free acidophilus etc., mostly if I needed to kill germs. 2000mg of fish oil daily stopped my colds/flu for 20 years. Some antibiotics have fluorine which can block the thyroid hormone, which lowers oxygen in a person. Vit C IV's from an Alternative/Integrative medicine doctor may also help. No colloidal silver: It hurt me…my body built it up since my liver was bogged down with other heavy metals and could not clean out the colloidal silver. I lost my sugar digestion/got precancer from colloidal silver…I went through hell. I did EDTA/DMPS IV chelations to clean the colloidal silver out of me. No tumeric and other foods/vitamins, until I cleaned heavy metals out of my body so that my body would work right again. No always trust tests: Celiac blood tests and biopsies may not work to diagnose Celiac. Other tests for thyroid/Vit B12/Vit A etc. may have ranges that are not correct or helpful. Going by symptoms since heavy metals can block chemical reactions in the body helps. No cheating by eating food I know hurts me. Prevention is easier than cure. It is not worth it to cheat. Then I have to work hard to heal again. Letting my body get damaged when I know better...is a hard lesson. It is "well power" not "will power". I just stay out of grocery stores and don't watch others eat. What I eat heals...makes me healthy like my Hmong friends who eat similar and don't feel sorry for themselves. God gave me the best to eat! Healing foods! 4. Celiac diet: Fish/meat/beans (if body can handle these). Organic brown rice, organic vegetables, raw walnuts (crack open shell), hard boiled eggs, lemon juice in reverse osmosis water, tea. Brown rice noodles/gluten free spaghetti sauce. 5. Good oils: 2 fish oil (omega 3), 2 evening primrose oil (omega 6), 2 lecithin, phosphatidylserine/DMAE, krill oil, CLA. These oils thin blood, make up cell membranes/brain and help the body/brain cells to work right. Fish oil counteracts bad fats. 6. Vitamins: To rebuild my cells so they worked right again. These helped my cells in my body/brain to burn more oxygen/ fuel in the mitochondria. Antioxidants help to get rid of free radicals, amino acids, some helped my liver/gut/eyes/ killed yeast/increase circulation/lower inflammation/detox the body and more. (See my special list of supplements I took.) 7. Vit D3: I took 5000IU of Vit D3 which helps the immune system, helps like “sunlight”. Getting out in the sun for 15 minutes or more each day helps. Celiac is from low sunlight heritage or people who didn’t eat dairy/gluten in past history and eat it now and the body can’t adapt to it. 8. Vit B12 shot: (methylcobalamin) ½ cc every other day, which helps to carry oxygen and rebuild the myelin. 9. HCl and Now brand- Super enzyme with meals to help me digest my food. Celiac affects the cells in the stomach that make HCl (stomach acid) and intrinsic factor that help Vit B12 get into the intestines. 10. Osteoprocare: instead of dairy. Dairy destroyed my brain…gave me seizures, depression no medicine could help and demyelinated me. Osteoprocare has Ca orotate and many cofactors so it absorbs well. Other Ca supplement gave me bone spurs or didn’t help my body. 11. Dairy free acidophilus: helps restore good bacteria into the intestines which helps to make B vitamins and Vit K, helps digest food better and reduces yeast. This is taken when stomach acid is low in the morning so the acid doesn’t detroy the good bacteria. 12. Thyroid medicine: Celiac can make antibodies to the thyroid making it produce less thyroid hormone. I took Synthroid and Armour thyroid. The Synthroid has T4 (storage form) which acts like time release thyroid hormone and gets me through the night. Armour thyroid has 80% T4 and 20% T3…The T3 acts instantly. Some people’s body can’t convert T4 to T3 well. T4 alone didn’t help me much. My body may not be making TSH…so that number is not a good one to go by…pituitary may not make it (do to antibodies) and heavy metals can block the use of the thyroid hormone working. Thyroid dose should be by symptoms which tells what is really happening in a person who is full of heavy metals. 13. Bioidentical hormones: I need ~ .5mgE3/75mgP/2.75mg TE….twice daily. The bioidentical hormones help increase blood flow in my body/brain, help thyroid medicine get into my cells and help me sleep etc.. Without bioidentical hormones my blood pressure was 90/50. I needed them to be ok at menopause. 14. EDTA/DMPS IV chelations: This is a 2 hour IV that I did while I sat and read a book/watched TV/talked to others that I did ~ once a month from an Alternative/Integative medicine doctor. EDTA/DMPS IV chelations remove heavy metals/unclog blood vessels/lower inflammation. Hair tests show levels of heavy metals and good minerals in a person as it comes out in the hair. Heavy metals blocked many chemical reactions in my body. They blocked my thyroid hormone and digestion of different types of food and more. A urine test AFTER a EDTA/DMPS IV chelation…not just a urine test any time…shows the heavy metals as they come out of the body. EDTA/DMPS IV chelation unclogs all capillaries…in the eyes/brain/fingers/toes/body. I could feel the greater circulation and my eyes could see clearer. (Angioplasty only unclogs a few inches of blood vessels and doesn’t remove heavy metals/inflammation.) The IV chelations removed stiffness/swelling/inflammation I got from eating sugar/starch. IV chelations remove some good minerals before they can get to the heavier toxic ones in the blood…so a person needs to restore the good minerals afterwards. I used sea salt to help in this. I drank a lot of distilled water during the IV chelations and afterwards to rinse the chelation/toxic minerals through my kidneys.( Distilled water during chelations has no minerals which would “short circuit” the chelation. You don't want to remove minerals in water or food instead of heavy metals. I did not eat food before/during the chelations. EDTA/DMPS IV chelations are awesome!!! Saved my life! (Oral chelations may not work…they are water soluble.) EDTA IV chelations alone without DMPS did not help me much. Cilantro 600mg, Vit C, MSM, chorella, brown sea weed etc. also help to remove heavy metals if taken late at night when no food in in the blood. 15. LDN (low dose Naltrexone): I take 3 mg of LDN. Some people take 4.5mg of LDN. LDN blocks the opioid receptor sites that dairy/gluten stimulate…this makes the immune system work better so it doesn’t attack the gut lining. When the gut lining heals, more nutrients are absorbed…and all cells are made better. Then the liver works better to clean out heavy metals…. brain cells are rebuilt/work better….which helps depression and personality…and many awesome miracles happen. LDN is like a miracle to help Celiac/MS people…but the Celiac diet is still needed since people can override the medicine by dairy/gluten. I take my LDN in the morning. At night it gave me so much energy I couldn't sleep. In the morning it helps with energy/sugar level/adrenals…but it helps 1000X more if taken before bed (It is used to block the opioid receptors that kick in between 2-4 am.) LDN is cheap/~ no sideeffects/works miracles! I had to drink more water when I took LDN so it didn't dehydrate me. LDN used to block heroin use. Dairy/gluten stimulate the same opioid receptor sites as heroin....so taking LDN blocks these receptor sites...prevents the immune system from going down...which destroys the body. 16. Journal: I kept a food/vitamin/medicine/symptom daily list. This helped me figure out what helped/hurt me….so I could trace it back to the source of the problem. 17. Exercise: Walking helps my stress and gets blood circulating. I loved to walk through the woods…see nature and pray. 18. Think positive: You get what you focus on. I prayed constantly without doubting. I had a prayers answered journal where I recorded blessing/prayers answered and things I was thankful for. Forgive…I said, “Father forgive them for they know not what they do.” I had many hurtful memories/wounds/rejection that I had to give to God. Let go and Let God. Start each day fresh. 19. Keep reading: I kept learning/figuring out things more each day. God helps! 20. Testing for Celiac: Blood tests/biospies for celiac may not work (they may come out negative even when a person is Celiac)...but a stool sample and cheek genetic test from www.enterolab.com) may work to diagnose within 6 months of going gluten/dairy free. Celiac. Symptoms can be used to diagnose Celiac. A person may not feel their intestines hurting but may have many health isssues/symptoms due to Celiac. Celiac makes the person's next weakness kick in once their body is low in nutrients. I got low thyroid/MS/heavy metals from Celiac. The whole family tree maybe Celiac, but may get a different health issue from it than MS. They may maybe helped in a similar way. Alternative/Integrative medicine people are awesome.... offered things I needed to stay alive. People’s bodies/brains can be rebuilt//healed/fixed. Celiac is the root cause for many health issues…but people can heal and be helped fast in a low cost way. The Celiac diet, vitamins/good oils, EDTA/DMPS IV chelations, thyroid medicine, bioidentical hormones, LDN, rebuilds and healed my body/brain fast. God’s blessings!
