About Me

I am curious about science and Nature. I enjoy eating health enhancing foods and
taking anti-aging supplements as I am a strong believer in prevention. I enjoy helping
others with their health problems especially if they really want to become healthier.
I am not a professional healer in that I don't accept money. Mainly I use massage,
essential oils, Reiki, and some devices that use light frequencies, microelectricity,
and electromagnetic pulses.

I hope to move to S. America (Ecuador or Chile) and so am now learning Spanish.

hi Dena, you replied about organic whey because i was concerned. have you heard about "neotame" now? google it or look at http://www.fourwinds10.com/siterun_data/health/harmful_products/news.php?q=1293991857 (just so you know!).

looked at what you wrote about yourself. am thinking of Costa Rica but have considered Ecuador myself - Central America most likely.
