I am an insulin dpendent, arthritic depressed Servic Connected partially disabled vetreran who was forced into retirement by a combinationof the recession, equipment failure and failing health.  I am dependent upon the Veterans Affirs medical system for my medical care and existing on a very limited income of $914 monthly.
