About Me

Born in 1949, been 'round the block a few times.  Mother of 3 live and now grown children, my career for last 16 plus years is working with mothers, babies, Ayurveda, aromatherapy, and other related stuff.  I do Ayurvedic postpartum care, training, writing, host a couple forums myself and feel like such a novice to all this technology!  I spend way more time than I want to in my own self care, so always have things to learn.  I cherish the wealth of knowledge and discussion that flows here, and disagree with some of it or would love the chance to tweak it up a notch with what I've learned.  Humbled by what I don't know, don't get me wrong.  Can I put my website here?  sacredwindow.com.
