Alright, alright...sigh...I'll really behave now. I am fiery passionate about health, wellness, and alternative methods. I really enjoy and learning to study the methodology and principles of Weston A. Price. I think and feel his research is an invaluable look at how wise traditions can be truly nourishing (and the fact I like butter as well). I am also learning how to think so my ideas about food and eating is becoming organic in nature...alive and constantly changing and improving. My goal is to challenge my own paradigms about what I know so growth can begin.
I write articles in the before mentioned field and have a blog as well. Okay. No more to see here. Let's keep moving. :)
