About Me

I'm very interested in health and believe in being educated in nutrition and supplements to help avoid doctors and pharmacueticals as much as possible. I know doctors have their very important place and respect them highly , but i worry about the over medication and side effects of meds taken in US. I don't want to end up on a bag of scripts at old age and am trying to take care of my health. I have four children and live in Florida. I've read Mercola for years and am just signing in and creating a profile. I enjoy the articles and info very much and i pass on as much as possible. I'm probably different from most of the people i know in this way, as most do not show much interest in knowing about possible natural ways to be healthier.I'm glad i'm aware. Thanks for reading.
