About Me
I am interested in improving my family's and my health (especially my son's) through making healthier choices. I'm also trying to learn how to be more self-sufficient -- planting a garden for the first time in years, this year, as well as teaching myself canning and freezing and looking forward to learning lactofermentation. I'm conservative, politically, and am quite concerned about the direction this administration is taking us. My general take on life is that we should simplify and get back to basics in most areas.
