About Me

I am a spiritualy aware practioner of holistic life coaching, soul coaching and hypnotherapy. I use and teach my clients EFT and the Journey. I believe we are a consciousness who co-creates our bodys and minds in an beautiful circle, in partnership with The All. I live just north of a large city in New Zealand (relative to NZ) on a small life style property.

I am a mother of two teenage children and our interests include scuba diving, fishing, tramping, animal care, growing our own fruit and vegies and keeping ourselves active, healthy and always learning.
