About Me
I have lived in Costa Rica for 18 years. One of my first jobs many years ago was working in a health food restaurant. There I learned how to eat healthy. My diet is pretty good, especially because in CR most foods are locally grown. I have been reading the newsletter for many years. I think that I have menopause symptoms. I'm really frustrated by this because I never thought I would get any symptoms because of my diet, exercise program, and attitude. I am now interested in getting the book about the correct diet.
