Older woman, single. Enjoy cultural events, browsing the web, and spending money! Have been interested in alternative health for a long time, but am often put off by what appear to be overly optimistic or overly alarmist claims and warnings. We cannot change every detail and every food and every utensile in our lives. However, I don't like drugs and surgery either. Dislike going to doctors, but it has become a necessity. Feel best when I am not constipated and have been to the gym. Summer is best because it is easier to get exercise and to motivate myself.
