Those of you in Southwest British Columbia may be interested in a cheese making workshop we are hosting on Sunday, 27 Februrary 2011. For $40, you'll learn basic cheese making theory and make two cheeses: a creamy chevre that you can flavour as you wish, and a tangy feta that will keep for months -- all made with our own raw grass-fed goat milk. You'll take home about 300 grams of cheese, a $15 value!
