About Me
Born in 1947, I've been interested in nutrition for health for over 30 years. With symptoms of T2 diabetes, I'm concerned with keeping my blood sugars in the 80's. Carbs, even "good" carbs, elevate my sugars into the 130-140 range. On a restricted budget, I am challenged to find high quality protein foods which I can afford. I'm 5'10" and weigh about 195, more muscular than most, but with too much adipose tissue.
