About Me
I am the type of person who is open to all ideas, I believe that doctors don't have all the answers. I do not believe in taking flu shots to prevent the flu, but would rather take herbs or supplements. I believe that the body heals itself and we are what we eat. Always looking for new ways to care for body ailments that pop up as I age. I am not happy with all the additives in food, that are not necessary.
