About Me

Married, father of 3 grown children, I worked in the oil industry for most fo my life, first in the fields on drilliong teams, then later on in back offices handling staff hiring. My health started to go downhill in  my early 40's, had heart attack, and started to change things around when I stopped eating red meat and started juicing and eating vegetables. To this day, I also believe that being exposed to crude oil so much during my early career has hurt my health.
