About Me

In raising two daughters I began to see what kids are eating these days and became very concerned for my children's health. I also travel to third world countries for my work and have witnessed the transition from traditional foods to highly processed and packaged junk (can't even call it food) which poor people struggling to remain healthy can ill afford. I try to educate myself on nutrition and pass that information on to my family and incorporate what I learn in to my work.
