About Me

v Well hello, a little about me. I feel you really are what you eat, so I eat as organic and raw as I can. We have a garden this way we know what's being put on our ground NO chemicals THANK YOU!!!! I only wish that I had started sooner on eating healthy, but probably like the most of us, we weren't taught the correct way to eat. That's why I'm so grateful. I have a husband that thinks the same way, and having Dr Mercola's informative information has really helped much. Plus, we both enjoy the great outdoors life. Nothing is better to us then camping, walking together, talking about everything, setting on a beach, and loving each other with the greatest respect. We also have a three corded marriage, meaning we have God in our life, which really does strengthen the bond. We have three children and seven grandchildren. Love animal's, butterflies, the color blue, and helping people where we can. Well I don't what to bore you any longer, so thank you for looking in..... v
