Hi I am  health enthusiast and internet marketer.

I studied Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy but spent most of my career in sales. The demands of a career and bringing up a child meant I often neglected my own health but as wilth all things when we put them under stress... somethings got to give!

I changed my eating habits and became a lot more active and feel the benefits of it everyday. I am so passionate about it I have started my own blog.
