About Me

I am a stay-at-home mom of four wild and crazy boys ages 9, 6, 3 and 7 months. My hubby and I have been following Mercola's site for about 4 years now - possibly longer. Researching and learning about health & nutrition is a hobby of mine which provides me with the motivation to go the extra mile for my family; prepare healthy meals (from scratch), juice vegetables, avoid toxins (sunscreen, bug spray, and generally lead a healthier life. We enjoy this site tremendously and are very grateful to Dr. Mercola for it.
