About Me

I am a Christian who honors and glorifies God for how he designed the body--"it is fearfully and wonderfully made."

Although I've struggled with keeping trim, I've never resorted to chemicals to artifically bring this about.  I believe nutrition is the key to understanding how my body works.

In areas I'm passionate about, I am a very focused, determined person that enjoys life more when I am self-controlled.

I am a perfectionist at heart, but have been working for years to overcome my compulsions because living life with 99% failure and 1 % success is debilitating.

I have a tendency to "throw out the baby with the bath water" when I experience what feels like "failure," but is more just a minor setback.
