Celiac help...not eating gluten/dairy/soy/sugar...taking vitamins/good oils and LDN, EDTA/DMPS IV chelations, Vit A 10,000IU, zinc, bioidentical hormones, Armour thyroid...right dose not by TSH, helped me sleep finally again in many years. Sleeping pills did not put me to sleep and didn't let me drive the car right the next day. Melatonin hurt me...gave me cognitive errors. Rice protein powder helped....but certain amino acids hurt me, so I can't take it. Exercise did not help...but getting more oxygen in my brain did help. I have to rebuild all the cells in my body/brain so they would burn oxygen better.Valerian and Osteoprocare help.
