About Me

I'm currently on a cancer diet, and researching possible new protocols. I live in a rural area, and am harvesting many wild foods and herbs for my personal and family use. I have 5 organic acres of garden area, and 5 organic woods, with an additional 120 acres of natural wetlands and woods some 2 hours distant which I harvest from.My interests are in wild foods and natural medicines, however, due to getting sucked into the "SAD" diet from birth on, I really didn't follow my own knowlege base until I had to. Now I am more commited to following and practising what I know to be the best way to live- as chemically free and organic as possible in all areas. How ironic that I now feel ten years( at least) younger and healthier in just 5 months of detoxing and eating right and have breast cancer.
