I am a mother of two beautiful kids, my daughter Julia who is 28 months and my son Alexander who is 9 months.

I am an avid about health, I am trying to get myself and my famliy as healthy as possible.It has its challeges but I am up to the task.

I am always interested in learning all I can about being and keeping healthy, I think so far I am on the right path.
