About Me

Recovering Standard American Diet sufferer and allopathic believer, is the best description. Though allopatic believer is not entirely true, since I just figured for most of my life that that was what you turned to with any health issue. About 3 years ago, some health challenges and the allopathic reaction to them, made me start thinking differently. In some cases they gave me symptom surpressing drugs (for reflux) that caused side effects and ultimately made the problem worse. In others (IBS) they said they didn't know why it happened and didn't have any treatment for it. This made me realize that there were better ways to be healthy. At this point, I'm trying to think differently about health and what it means and trying to have a much more natrual and health filled existence using the resources from Mercola and other alternative heath options.
