An avid organic gardner and researcher of supplements to increase my health and well being. My goal is to not be dependent on the health care system except for emergencies and yearly physicals. I have been married for 26+ years to a fantastic man that supports the same ideology that I do on staying healthy. Some of my favorite pasttimes include reading, motorcycling, snowmobiling, teaching younger people anything.
