About Me

Retired engineer, in 1992 was diagnosed with a non-aggressive skin cancer – basal cell carcinoma, and that is in remission. Still once a year I visit my dermatologist – to get rid of a small lesion that stubbornly reappears. Due to Dr. Mercola’s site, I ignore dermatologist’s recommendations to use sunscreen, and there are no signs of my skin cancer progress. I do some yoga exercises, and it helps to avoid arthritis; I take supplements, and am lucky not to take any drugs, but still have some digestion problems.

I try to persuade my friends to use information on natural medicine and healthy way of life that I obtain from extensive studying, but it is hard to change their habits.
