About Me

I am a retired United States Navy officer, busy with husband, kids, five grandsons, and physical activity to try to stay healthy. In our "spare time" we paddle our kayaks or our canoe, play golf, weight train in the gym, run, walk, and maintain the garden and all house repair projects. We take no synthetic drugs, and of course, continue to refine the right eating plan for each family member's individual biological type. Area of interest for research include the works of Weston Price, Udo Erasmus, Jerry Brainum, along with many others.
