About Me

I am a married caucasian female looking for a diet which will accomplish the following:

1. eliminate migraines

2. lower blood pressure

3. improve bone density

4. stop thinning hair

5. loose weight

AND does not require me to spend most of the day shopping, storing, cleaning, and preparing food

AND enables me to prepare and eat food with my husband who eats a modified SAD diet*.

I have eliminated gluten, sugar, and all processed foods.

I buy organic, free-range, grass-fed whenever possible.

I buy only raw diary.

When I was on a raw foods diet my migraines disappeared but non of my other problems did and I was always tired.

I am trying this metabolic type diet to see if it suits my body better.

*he has reduced but still eats gluten, soda, processed meats, and sugar.
