I'm a busy mom/wife from Southern CA.  I've been in Richmond, VA 3 years too long, but am hopeful to one day (soon) move back home to be closer to my family again.  I enjoy Dr. Mercola's newletters & have learned lots of great things from them, which I love to share with others.

I see you've just joined the Docs site. I'm already aware of most this stuff but Dr Mercola puts it so well, he acts as a buffer for my friends & family I've been trying to get to pay attention to their health.
