I'm an exceptionally healthy Canadian 53 year old who feels 30 because I look after my health. I'm an entrepreneur with several businesses: a marketing and consulting biz, and several online businesses. I'm an award-winning writer, and have a blog where I share cutting-edge info with readers who want to improve their mind-body-spirit connection, WITHOUT DRUGS.

I've been researching nutrition and all areas of health for many years, use energy healing and do my best to enlighten others about the dangers of eating processed food and believing what manufactures and the FDA say is healthy to ingest. I encourage everyone to use energy healing modalities on a regular basis for optimal health.
