About Me

I am an RN, a healer of myself, a massage therapist, a cranial sacral therapist, a Holistic Health Practitioner and an avid reader of Dr Mercola's site for 12 years. I work in a hospital as a psychiatric nurse, although most of my training before I got breast cancer was in intensive care nursing. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 1999, which is when I discovered that I could heal myself using Dr Mercola's site and many other non-conventional, so-called alternative methods of healing. I used many tools from all the information I gathered and healed myself without chemo, radiation or having pieces of myself cut out and off. My MD gave me 6months to live but I have been here much longer then that and performed the impossible by curing myself of cancer. I am now no longer a patient in modern health care, nor do I have insurrance. I am healthier then most 56 year olds and certainly healthier then most of the people, younger and older, that I meet every day, due to my daily health practices.

Morrow thanks for your reply. I am very impressed by your story of success in healing you breast cancer. As for alternative healing modalities, I used that phrase in trying to find a simple way to refer to your work as a message therapist, cranial sacral therapist and Holistic Health Practitioner. I think it's great that you have those skills, and I was wondering whether I should try and get a license in message therapy myself. I also wonder if i should pursue an education in natural healing. I don't know how much chance i would have to use it, because what you said about having to get you bread and butter working as an RN rings true. As I work as an RN I will continue to work at keeping myself as healthy as possible. Not only for my own good, but to try and be and example for others. Thank you again for your comment to me. I found it very helpful.
