About Me
Male, Born May 4, 1983. For the past 6 years or so my overall vigor, confidence, well-being, etc has been deteriorating. A year ago I hit what i thought was a breakthrough when I finally had my hormone levels checked. Turns out my Testosterone level was 160 (the equivelent of that of an 80 year old). The endocrinologist and I tried to find the cause...as my "unit" was not the problem. Turns out my LH and FSH levels were almost non-existant. He thought tumor. MRI - No tumor. He then thought chromosomal - No. I was placed on injections and given a diagnosis of IDEPPATHIC HYPOPITUITARISM = basic translation - he didn't know the cause, nor care to find out. After about 6 months i had to stop. The T never really helped with my symptoms, and only rmade me feel stronger in the gym. But i wasn;t interested in feeling stronger, i was interested in feeling better. It is now almost a year after stopping the injections and i feel the same as i always do - like crap. I force myself to exercise to gwet just the littlest spark of energy, and have tried many different approaches with my diet to try and see if it make a difference. Currently still going Gluten free, but no noticable difference after about 3 months. I have also been off dairy for the past 3 months, but recently am trying out raw cow's milk form an organic farm in Media close to where i work in PA. Any and ALL advice and recommendations or similar situations are very welcome. I recently got some very unsettling news about latent long term side effects of ACCUTANE - a medication i took twice for 6 months both times when i was 16-17-18. I am PRAYING that THAT is NOT the cause of all of this.
