About Me
When my mother was diagnosed with a Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) the most common and most aggressive malignant brain tumor there is I was determined to save her. My plan was to read every nutrition and supplement book I could find and submerge myself in the world of health to save her life.
Sadly, my mother lost her fight with this deadly brain tumor, but I did not lose my hunger to learn everything I could about nutrition, supplements and a healthy lifestyle.
I would like to share what I learned so far with you.
