About Me

I am a retired foreign language teacher and soap actress. I had a bicuspid aortic valve, replaced nearly 13 years ago and will need another in the next year or two. I am very grateful for the daily information in the newsletter and I have, for example, incorporated coconut oil into our daily diet and now have spring water delivered to avoid the flouride in our local tap water. I also buy organic dairy and cage free eggs.
