About Me

I am a sixty year old male and hold Certificates 111 and 1V in Fitness. I have a 28 year background in media and a long standing interest in optimum health and nutrition. My passion for health and nutrition was amplified by the many thousands of interviews that I conducted during an eighteen year period of hosting a lifestyle television program. I was appalled by the complete lack of knowledge of many supposed "experts" and realised that these people are simply repeating information that they have read or been told. I can do that for myself and have been for the last twenty years.
