About Me
I am a Type O bloodtype and I love to be active. I eat a healthy diet based on my bloodtype as I have found it to be beneficial to my system. I have a long history of intestinal issues, which at a young age was nearly fatal. I have learned to listen to my body with avoiding foods that cause me problems. I am a lover of life and all things natural. I am also an animal lover and a strong animal welfare activist. I own a horse named Olivia and have owned her since she was weaned off of her mother. She is one of my best friends. I strongly encourage and support her natural ways by helping to aid any health issues with natural and organic supplements as well as homeopathic remedies. My animals are just as important as myself. I am a university student studying 'Nutrition and Nutraceuticals' at the Univeristy of Guelph, in Guelph Ontario. It is a 4 year bachelors program which will allow me to continue my studies into becoming a naturopathic doctor/researcher. The naturopatic program in Canada is another 4 years- I love to learn about the secrets of life.
