Fasting | 02-25-2015
I have gotten into fasting in the last several months, I have done about 6 different 24 hour fast nothing longer yet but the day ones are nice. It was scary my first one because you have never done it. Fasting is free it just takes a little will power and so good for you we need to do it sometimes to really allow the body a chance to clean. Longer fast would be best done under care. All types of fasting have their benefits but the best one and in some ways toughest is the water fast. Fasting is great! Be well!

I have just been reading about cold showers..... and the benefits of it, tried it a few times and it is not easy but feels good later lol. It's interesting. What do you guys think? Have you tried it?? It is tough, like exercise but in a different way.
