Governments are like terrorists! We use our resources for and pay over 30% of our economies to weapon and defence industries! When they feel in short supply of something, they declare war at the expense of our death! By that time, governments find the best ways to get money, services, and whatever they can from their population, by means of cheating and forces!

What a GOOD DIET is to me | 03-22-2011

A very good diet is a combination of a solid metabolic typing; raw proteins, high quality fats, antioxidant rich fruits and vegetables and maybe spices; avoiding all A1 milk and A1 milk products and meat that come from animals that produce A1 milk; avoiding most avoids in BTD and GTD of Dr D'adamo and choosing more of the superfoods in them; avoiding all genetically modified food; avoiding highly and strongly glutenous grains and choosing rice, quinoa, wild rice instead of them(and a less and weaker glutenous grain like rye if there has to be for convenience); reaching at least 50% of each nutrient on www.nutritiondata.com with the diet.

Other less important or not explicitly written things are a good ratio of omega 3 to omega 6(>=1/4), less than 25 grams of fructose(including the half of sucrose as it's fructose also if fructose is highly dangerous to you), eating some good bacteria like some sheep or goat's cheese, getting enough of nutrients like phosphatidyl-serine which don't exist in www.nutritiondata.com, eating food that helps digestion if it helps like eating some pineapple or mango after protein if it helps, cooking with the right method the food that gets healthier by cooking, and there may be other less important things to watch for like eating some astaxanthin or similar antioxidant rich food like pink lentils, some beans like pinto, salmon, shrimp, using chlorella with seafood is a good idea, using only whole fat milk products(as otherwise will calcificate joints), using egg shell membranes for healthier joints in the rest of your life, choosing lower glycemic alternatives if you still have an insulin resistance problem(the diet corrects), choosing more naturally grown alternatives and washing well(with a food washing liquid if possible) or choosing organic, using only high quality filtered water for all water needs and structuring it often times for drinking, having direct to most of your skin sunshine for 20 minutes a day whenever possible, and things that I don't recall now or don't know yet.

I dislike use of supplements in general but I sugget mostly natural things if asked for, which include "appropriate" medicinal herbs. I use at least 2 spoons of some antioxidant rich fruits' wine even though not suggested in general, I wait some herbs in it.

Avoiding most prescription drugs whenever possible is a good way to cut risks, even highly dangerous health risks currently unknown. Luckily I don't have one and I don't expect to have in the rest of my life. Some sourcherries or cherries instead of drugs for pain may save lives. Drug companies willingly ruin their patients' lives for more income, they choose what chemical will be promoted as a drug, what sign will be accepted as a disease including happiness sign, in researches and wherever they need to make it accepted by financing things. Exercising is a good way to reach optimum health, I mostly do intense muscle building exercises as Dr D'adamo suggests but it would be good to play some sports like soccer for fun.

I dislike cosmetics, nearly all of which is toxic, both for myself and others though I don't have a chance to say so most of the time, currently my only shampoo has natural in its name and doesn't include mentioned chemicals and my soap is as natural as antique soaps. I recently started using baking soda for brushing my teeth. I think mouthwashing with some 3% hydrogen peroxide solution can be a substitute to dental flossing though I don't have evidence to proof so except my own experiments.

I'm not highly knowledgable at stress relief but my first selection is to go onto the problem and solve it if I can. I repeatingly find that singing helps to me, not for lyrics fit very well for me but because I like music and singing. I sometimes think that music can be increasingly addictive for some people but I also think that this addiction may turn into producing music professionally when given the appropriate chance.

Soils are said to be depleted of sulfur due to the metals and sulfur-binders in fertilizers, they bind sulfur and don't let the food grown on the soil absorb enough of it. Even organic produce is raised on fertilizers that bind sulfur such as copper. A run of using a sulfur supplement seems like it would help most people. I didn't use any of them ever in my life and though my diet is rich in so called sulfur rich food, I think of starting to use some of them as soon as I decide what form is best for me.

If you are young and want the happiest possible life, do family planning with astrology if you are able to somehow.

I used some psychiatry drugs which ruined my education between 7 and 1 years ago, I'm totally through by avoiding A1 milk and meat of those animals. I used a multivitamin which had toxic metals and vitamin B6 1-3 years ago, it made my education and life worse also by toxicating me, I detoxed the remaining most of them with the help of a little NDF recently. I think my intelligence is gifted. Learning about health gave me many reasons to hate being an industrial engineer, but I still come by jobs that I think is good for all humanity time to time. I used many other prescription drugs in my life but I won't use any of them anymore. I broke my upper right arm when I was a child and left forearm when I was a teen, my upper right arm has a very small misalignment which people can't recognize. I'm in a slight opinion that my naturally manganese and silica(and similar minerals like boron) rich diet can align it totally in time. I'm about to come to the end of my orthodontic teeth treatment which had to move my upper jaw 0.5 cm forward, it created a lot of edema and a me like a monster for some time. I still have the tasmanian monster as my picture on my facebook page though I may be seen a little handsome, I still have a little edema. The picture was also about stopping child abuse.
